Description


We're looking for a pro-active individual to support our team of developers, acting as the first port of call for any technical questions from other areas of the business and managing our processes, documentation and testing.


About You


You’ll be an intelligent, super organised person who thrives on problem solving. You'll enjoy working efficiently and get a kick out of creating processes and systems which enable you and our teams to be more effective and have a bigger impact.

You’ll have a customer facing or technical background (ideally a mixture of both), and IT related, product management or SaaS experience would be a bonus within our working environment.


You’ll have excellent computer knowledge. We'll teach you about the Create.net platform and our services, but a working understanding of coding language and practice (HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript/JQuery etc) would be beneficial.


You'll love helping people and will enjoy interacting with them on a daily basis. You’ll thrive on providing exceptional customer experience, ensuring everything you do is followed through on and held to high standards.

About The Role

As the Technical Support / QA Tester, you'll work closely with our Product Team and CTO, increasing efficiency and productivity across the organisation. You’ll play a key role in improving customer experience, team communication and the quality of our product.


Day to day you’ll….


You’ll author and edit documentation to help users help themselves, alongside maintaining our internal wiki and information.


You’ll enjoy creating handover documentation that not only enables us to accurately record our internal workings, but also ensures other business areas feel fully equipped to communicate opportunities, created by new features and functionality, to our customers.


We’re keen on automated testing and are working to build this more heavily into the practices of the team. You’ll be involved in planning tests to help make this happen more and more, and depending on your skill level you might also help to create these.
